Enlarger Blades

Overview
Enlarger blades (implant keratome blades) are used after the primary incision has been made, to extend the wound to the exact width required for IOL implantation. A tapered, blunt-shouldered tip allows the incision to be widened smoothly and symmetrically without tearing or irregular wound margins.
Key Benefits
Purpose-built to extend an existing incision cleanly to the required implant width
Tapered profile supports smooth, symmetrical wound enlargement
Minimizes the risk of irregular wound margins during IOL insertion
Wide size range supports foldable and rigid IOL delivery systems alike
